ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ideate and execute monthly and quarterly category-led marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of CRM campaigns with brand communication and business objectives.
- Develop and execute media campaigns targeting key user cohorts to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and execute video-led content strategies for various platforms including feeds and social channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Assist in the launch of new products by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in category marketing management and/or media planning, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of successful campaign ideation and execution.
