Intern – Merchandising

About the Role:

This internship offers hands-on experience in online visual merchandising across app and web platforms. You will support the team in managing product listings, content optimization, campaign execution, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience.

Please note – this is not related to retail or in-store visual merchandising.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in product listing, onboarding, and optimization across app & web.
  • Support the creation and updating of online product displays, banners, and category pages for ongoing promotions and campaigns.
  • Help execute merchandising strategies to improve product discoverability and conversion.
  • Work on product data management — tagging, classification, specifications, and visuals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech) to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct regular audits of live pages for visual and content accuracy.
  • Use Excel to clean, organize, and upload product-related data.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduates or final-year students with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital merchandising.
  • Basic knowledge of online platforms, catalog management, or product uploads.
  • Good command of Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and good communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver quality output.


Good to Have:

  • Exposure to e-commerce, D2C brands, or marketplace platforms (internships/projects).
  • Familiarity with any CMS or content management tools.
