Role Overview
The Executive – Brand Marketing will be responsible for independently planning and executing brand and social media initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business goals. This role requires hands-on execution with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Strategy
  • Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives
  • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging across platforms
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to optimise brand communication
Content & Campaign Execution
  • Own end-to-end content execution including copy, briefs, calendars, and coordination with design/creative teams
  • Execute brand campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal initiatives
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions
  • Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights
  • Share learnings and recommendations to improve future campaigns
Collaboration & Ownership
  • Work closely with design, performance marketing, product, and e-commerce teams
  • Take accountability for timelines, execution quality, and outcomes
  • Drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision

Skills & Experience
Must Have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience planning and executing brand or social media campaigns
Good to Have:
  • Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands
  • Exposure to influencer marketing and product launches
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance goals
